Jay Polimeno, Principal Broker, is a Certified Business Intermediary as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Jay is the Principal Broker for Polimeno Realty and Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Hampshire. Jay specializes in business brokerage and commercial sales and leasing.
When he is not managing his businesses, Jay is very active in his community. Jay is currently the Town of Woodstock’s Assistant Moderator; Board Member, Loon Mountain Area Community Fund; Past District Governor of Rotary District 7850; Past President of the Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club; Chair of the Lincoln-Woodstock Community Building Committee; former Woodstock Planning Board member; Past President of the Western White Mountains Chamber of Commerce; Board Member of the Bridge Project and Zanoba Boy’s Mentoring Program; former Chair of the Lincoln Woodstock Senior Advisory Council/Board Member of the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council; and girls softball coach.
Maureen Polimeno, Managing Broker, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Maureen specializes in all aspects of residential and vacation home sales for Polimeno Realty. Maureen also oversees the accounting functions for Polimeno Realty and Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Hampshire.
As an active member in the community, Maureen serves as Treasurer of the Lincoln Woodstock Senior Services Advisory Council and is a member of The Bridge Project Virago Girls’ Mentorship Board. Maureen is also a Lincoln Woodstock Rotary Past President and currently serves as Assistant Governor of Rotary District 7850.
Charlie Ciovacco, a licensed real estate agent and Certified Main Street Business Broker, specializes in business brokerage. Charlie spent over thirty years in banking and finance in various management positions prior to joining Sunbelt of New Hampshire. He specialized in small business relationship banking with a focus on SBA lending where he assisted many local businesses to obtain financing.
In addition to his banking background, Charlie has been a small business owner. He has an appreciation for the day-to-day requirements of running a business from start up to successful transition. This experience gives him a unique perspective to assist both sellers and buyers.
